The implementation of these reports into due diligence naturally improves ESG performance for our clients, while also identifying opportunities for ESG improvements post-acquisition. They were developed with prominent ESG benchmarks and guidelines in mind, including GRESB and TCFD, and have been used to set roadmaps for achieving Green Building Certifications.
