BURLINGTON, MA (October 6, 2021) – EBI Consulting is pleased to welcome Scot Kuhn as Senior Vice President of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)!
Scot brings over 25 years of environmental consulting experience, and over 10 years of growth-focused experience managing business, marketing, and operations to the role. He first started in the industry as a Hydrologic Technician and Project Geologist, and has grown to oversee a substantial portfolio of M&A projects and spurred multi-million-dollar growth of the environmental practice at his previous firm.
In his role as Senior Vice President of ESG, Scot will lead EBI’s ESG business unit consisting of our Environmental Health and Safety, Energy and Sustainability, Site Investigation and Remediation, Capital Project Management, and Building Services teams. Scot joins a team of exceptional environmental professionals, working to embrace collaboration and communication across the full organization and bolster employee development and growth within the ESG business unit. His proven record of operations leadership, coupled with his longtime experience in environmental services, will strengthen EBI’s ongoing efforts to build expertise, expand capabilities, and move into emerging areas.
Scot’s leadership will further EBI’s commitment to ongoing ESG initiatives as we not only improve our own practices, but expand our services to better assist clients putting ESG and sustainability at the forefront of their mission. EBI has a longstanding history of helping clients increase energy efficiency, reduce waste, understand their impact, and achieve LEED and other certifications. Additionally, EBI announced we’ve expanded our services to include ESG Consulting. We will be helping clients develop and achieve ESG goals, as well as conducting an internal review analyzing our own ESG performance, further establishing our partnership with GRESB, and producing an ESG report in 2022. Scot will support efforts to build our ESG and sustainability client offerings in partnership with Associate Director of ESG Business Development and Client Success Joe DiTizio and the entire team.

Scot graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science in Earth Science with a concentration in Geology. He is also a Connecticut Licensed Environmental Professional and Professional Geologist.
