Challenges

The project scope for EBI and the wireless carrier included large portfolios of environmental and regulatory services, such as National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) services and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) services. A widespread geographic range for all projects requires extensive planning.

Solutions

EBI had on-site EHS employees at the wireless carrier for many years before the service was brought in-house. EBI continues to serve and consult on the client’s in-house EHS operations and practices. Since 2016, over 2,030 additional projects have been completed on the carrier portfolio, comprised largely of air and tank assessments and permitting, as well as some SPCC services.
