Our internal teams are adept at cohesively handling all aspects of a retail project from start to completion and frequently work under a Master Service Agreement (MSA). EBI’s integration of all groups – from commissioning and property design to energy and civil engineering – tends to lead to lower fees and more smoothly run projects, as well as better and more efficiently designed stores.
Working with the property manager, EBI provided architectural and engineering services to upgrade a 2,000 square foot space within a newly constructed multi-tenant building. We prepared a preliminary construction budget and schedule, utilizing value engineering when applicable.
