Edward P Colaprete Jr

LEED AP, Program Manager

Edward joined EBI in 2011 and has 28 years of experience in the architecture and construction industries. He has extensive experience performing due diligence assessments, surveys, and construction monitoring in the real estate and construction services sector including hundreds of property condition assessments and construction observation and consulting. His project experience covers includes office, industrial, warehouse, retail, multifamily, hospitality and mixed-use.

Edward earned his Bachelor of Arts in architecture from Iowa State University and works remotely out of Maryland.
