Amanda Koenig Stone

Program Director

Amanda Koenig Stone joined EBI Consulting in 2013 and is now a program director within EBI’s Construction Consulting Services team. Amanda has over 25 years’ experience in the construction and construction consulting industries, including extensive experience in project management and in construction, having worked for almost 15 years as a Project Manager for construction management firms in New York City. At EBI, Amanda has worked on a wide range of commercial and residential projects including multifamily, independent and assisted living, dormitory, office, and hotel properties.

Amanda earned her Bachelor of Arts in human development from Boston College, is LEED certified for new construction, and works remotely from New York.
